- Procedures are identified for maximising energy efficiency while completing the job.
- Repair chipped or cracked laminated glass
- Information is accessed and interpreted from manufacturer/ component supplier specifications.
- Laminated glass repairs are carried out in accordance with repair equipment manufacturer/component supplier specifications for methods, equipment and resin used.
- Work is completed without causing damage to component or system.
- Repair activities are carried out according to industry regulations/guidelines, OHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/policies.
- Workplace documentation is completed and dealt with relevant to repair outcomes.
- Clean up work area and maintain equipment
- Material that can be reused is collected and stored.
- Waste and scrap are removed following workplace and environmental procedures.
- Equipment and work area are cleaned and inspected for serviceable condition in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Unserviceable equipment is tagged and faults identified in accordance with workplace requirements.
- Operator maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications and worksite procedures.
- Tooling is maintained in accordance with workplace procedures.
